The short answer is No; it won’t.
After searching and reading multiple research papers. The common finding is stretching can reduce the pain in people who did stretching programs, but no one in these studies was healed.
You may be wondering why?
The reason is you have many restrictions in the fascia in and around your muscles causing your dysfunction and pain.
By stretching you may temporarily relive the tension that comes with your pain. In bad cases stretching may even worsen your pain.
