We always think that our problem is some rare disease.

I have been helping people get rid of their Headaches for a long time now.
One of the perks of that is seeing what problems are commonly causing headaches and others that are not.
When it comes to Headaches there is one problem that causes almost all the headaches that I see. Even when the person comes in with Migraines.
It looks like this.
This is so common that I even put a picture of it in my book so that people can immediately recognize their problem.
I often show this in my rooms and ask, “Is this what your pain feels like?”
