Hello there

Headaches are a common issue faced by many people, with people experiencing differences in headache patterns and intensity.

Many looks at blood pressure, stress, dehydration, diet, allergies issues as reasons why they have headaches.

All these can worsen headaches but in our experience are not the cause of headaches.

The primary cause in most cases comes down to muscles spasm in your neck that create Myofascial trigger points.

These trigger points start either from trauma, disuse or overuse in certain muscles.

Most people don’t know they trigger points. As most of the time they don’t cause any in the neck pain. There may occasionally complain of stiffness or pain in the neck, but they go unfixed.

As time goes on tension builds and the trigger points become active eventually referring pain into your head.

Most common symptoms of these headaches are:

  1. Tension, burning, throbbing sensation during headaches.

  2. Pain/discomfort at the back of one or both Eyes

  3. Light sensitivity

  4. Pain/discomfort in Ears
