Do you know what is the best home remedy to take for migraine headaches when you don’t want to take pills?
It is ginger!!
I know, I was shocked myself.
This study out of India found it to be the best option for a home remedy for migraines when the person suffering from there doesn’t have access to prescription medication.
The researchers reiterated that the evidence doesn’t support that it should be used as a first-line therapy or for migraine prevention.
Another awesome finding was that using ginger for Migraines decreased the chances of having migraine induced nausea by 50%!!
It may take up to 2 hours to feel the effects. So be a bit patient.
The study it doesn’t mention what is the best way to consume ginger for its effects, my suggestion is to use fresh ginger.
