When it hits you like a ton of bricks, this is where you start

It seems as if headaches are the old problems for many people.

Some have hand headaches longer than they have had some pets. It is truly awful.
Often when those headaches strike all you want to do is sleep until the headaches go away. I am sure you often never do. They many only less bad today.

What is worse is that you might not know what the first thing is they should try to feel better.

That is what this article is all about. Giving you the best advice, I ever heard for headaches.

The first thing I want you to try is drink water.

3 liters in fact. I want you to drink it over the next 3 hours to try and hydrate yourself. If you still feel thirsty after drinking those three liters is drink more. You are most likely so dehydrated that 3 liters is not enough.

I want you to try this first as most often the cause of headaches is dehydration. It is remarkably like the headaches you feel after a long night of drinking (when that was still allowed….).

That awful head pounding headache is often caused by a us not drinking enough water. So, few of us drink enough water throughout the day that we could be missing several liters of water just from that.

Think about out. Today, how much water did you drink? Not cups of coffee or cold-drinks or tea. Actual water. Most likely you have not drunk enough to meet your needs just for today. Who knows how long you were unaware you were not drinking enough?

Try that.
If it works. You feel better, your headaches have disappeared then that could be the reason. Then I want you to make it a habit of drinking 2.5 liters of water every day. Try to drink the 2.5 liters throughout the day, not all at once.

If you have tried that and you find that your headaches are not getting better.
Or it is getting progressively worse it is time to do something about it.
We have helped many people rid themselves of their neck pain. We can do the same for you.
