PAIN! Why you need to know what’s wrong
Not knowing isn’t part of the problem. It is the problem.
PAIN! Why you need to know what’s wrong
Not knowing is stressful is that simple. If do not know what is causing you pain, especially when it’s bad, it is incredibly stressful and scary.
You cannot think of what you did to cause it as it might have even come out of the blue. All kinds of ideas are going through your mind. It could be a muscle spasm, a pinched nerve or anything else your mind can come up with. The lack of certainty is stressful. If you just knew what was wrong, you could manage better. As we know, stress makes your pain feel worse. Sometimes just knowing is more effective than pain killers.
You do not know if it is something serious, you are scared because you do not know what is wrong. What is scarier is that you do not know how serious it is. Could the severe pain you a sign that you need to go under the knife? The idea of needing surgery is even scarier than the pain and the uncertainty itself. If you just knew what it is and how concerned you should be, you would be less stressed about your pain.
You do not know what to do if you just knew what was wrong and how to fix it, none of this would be a concern. You would do those exercises, take that pain killer, lay down and rest or whatever it may be that would work the best to address your pain. The problem is you do not know. As you search online for answers you come across all kinds of advice. Some more eccentric than others. You could be in so much pain that you will try anything. Being that desperate for relief is not a good place to be in.
You will make the wrong decision remember that time when you were stressed out of your mind, barely thinking clearly let alone straight? Remember how good those decisions were? The last thing I want for you is to be so desperate for answers and relief that you make decisions to do things you would regret. What is more, if you do not know what’s wrong, how to fix it or even how serious it is, how can we expect you to make the right decision for you with so little information. No one can make good decisions with pieces missing.
To help people with this we are offering free evaluations to people who are in pain and need answers until 30/05/2020.
In the evaluation, we will look at what is causing your problem, tell you what it is, how serious it is and tell you what we can do to help address this problem.
Helping people get the answers for the pain they are looking for is important to us, I wrote a book about it. You can buy itHERE
