How badly will headaches affect your life?

Headaches have such an enormous effect on our lives but even though we see this people all the time, we didn’t know how badly it did affect people.
In this week’s article we look at how headaches affect university students studying medicine.So how it affects highly motivated and bright people. And how it likely affects you too.
The study is called Migraine and academic performance among medical students
In the study they looked at 336 students. They answered a questionnaire constructed specially for the occasion, in which migraine was diagnosed and its repercussions were analyzed.
They found that “Absences from school activities are more frequent in the migraine group (85.0%) than (69.0%) in non-migraine. 49.0% of those who had migraine were absent from physical activities and 29.0% missed social gatherings”.
The researchers concluded that “We conclude that there is astrong relationship between migraine and academic performance; it’s evident that students with migraine seem prone to poor academic performance and attendance, shown by the number of additional tests and school absence and loss of social activities.”
